1.) What types of payment are excepted by NTP?

Non-Typical Properties excepts all major credit cards. We also except two party checks, and will issue lease admittance as soon as the check clears.

 
2.)  As a landowner, how much property must I have to lease with NTP?
Non-Typical Properties will not list any property smaller than forty acres. Typically eighty acres or more are recommended.


3.)  May I sublease an NTP property?
Due to liability concerns we do not typically allow lessees to sublease. However we occasionally accrue a lease that may become available to licensed and insured outfitters for subleasing. These leases are on a case by case basis so be sure to ask your NTP field agent for any available.


4.)  How long does the lease process take?
When purchasing a lease through Non-Typical Properties the lease process depends solely on the responsiveness of all parties involved. Most leases however can be closed within one week.


5.)  What types of insurance are required to lease with NTP?
Non-Typical Properties requires all Lease Parties to submit proof of liability insurance with coverage of 1million dollars, to be permitted on any lease property. Several companies offer this coverage. Non-Typical Properties recommends the Hunting Club Liability Insurance policy available through the Quality Deer Management Association. 6.)  Does NTP ever have employment opportunities?

7.)  Does NTP make trade show appearances?

9.)  What is my property worth on today’s lease market?

The final lease listing price is determined by the landowner. However, the Non-Typical Properties Field Agent writing the lease will make a recommendation based on a formula used to calculate a reasonable lease price for each property. Non-Typical Properties will not list any property for less than fifteen dollars per acre or for more than fifty dollars per acre.


10.) What fees are associated with leasing from NTP?  
All fees and charges are included within the listing price of the lease. There are no hidden fees or charges.
