This is probably the most obvious benefit of our services. Landowners can take a piece of property that maybe otherwise unused or un-farmable and generate an income from it with out any manual labor or overhead. Non-Typical Properties services are provided at no cost to the owner unless the lease sells. In which case we will collect a percentage and issue a check to the landowner for the remaining balance of the lease. This income may also be non-taxable.

It is a known fact the whitetail deer cannot resist crops. In fact they cost farmers more than 300 million dollars annually in the Midwest alone.
