Non-Typical Properties occasionally has openings for Field Agents as well as Management Staff. These positions are available throughout the Midwest, and can lead to many opportunities in the outdoor industry. All positions with Non-Typical Properties are as Independent Contractors. Field Agents

Field Agents play a very critical role in Non-Typical Properties organization. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to: setting up meetings with potential clients, acquiring lease and for sale properties to be marketed, showing properties, booking properties, working with management staff and attending trade shows as needed. To be a Non-Typical Properties Field Agent, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Secondary education is not required, but is recommended. Applicants must have basic knowledge of common real estate, agricultural, biological, business and computer practices. These people must be self motivated and capable of working in a low supervisory environment.

Network Management Staff

Non-Typical Properties Network Management Department is comprised of existing management and consulting firms that operate throughout the Midwest. Non-Typical Properties subcontracts such companies to work on our managed leases, as well as provide management and consultation to the public via a relationship fostered by Non-Typical Properties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with Non-Typical Properties Field Agents to develop managed leases, setting up meetings with potential clients, helping clients develop management strategies, writing estimates, implementing strategies developed, following up with clients, and attending trade shows as needed. Management staff must have commercial agricultural equipment and minimum liability insurance policy of 2 million dollars. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and have a bachelor’s degree in Biology or Ecology. Ten years of experience in wildlife management or nutrition can substitute for a college degree. Just as with Field Agents, Management Staff must be self motivated and capable of working in a low supervisory environment.
